Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Hippoc offers various subscription plans. Pricing is available on our website and may change with 30 days notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Payments are processed through Stripe
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
Suspend service for emergency maintenance
Modify or discontinue features with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hippoc shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data loss
Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
